"Recently renovated, Lascaris 11 is located in Palermo, near the Palermo Cathedral, Pretoria Fountain, and Teatro Massimo. Each unit in the complex features air conditioning, a cozy seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a private bathroom with slippers, a bidet, and a hairdryer. Additionally, guests will find an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and a kettle for their convenience." Each unit in the apartment complex includes bed linen and towels

"An apartment with concierge service, very elegant and conveniently located near the courthouse. In just a 10-minute walk, we were able to visit all the major landmarks and charming neighborhoods of Palermo. Mrs. Rosalia was truly an outstanding host, incredibly attentive and helpful in every way. The host was very kind and accommodating throughout our stay, always thoughtful and quick to respond to any need. The apartment is spacious and spotless, but above all, it is perfect for exploring many areas of Palermo’s city center on foot.
I spent three nights at Lascaris 11 with some friends in June. We truly felt at home,both in terms of comfort and cleanliness—the place was immaculate. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the city center and the Zisa Palace, making it the perfect location for us. Finding free parking in the area was also surprisingly easy. Mrs. Rosalinda was incredibly kind and attentive to all our needs. If I ever visit Palermo again, I would definitely stay here! Highly recommended! Thank you for everything!
